Peasmarsh Parish Council

The Parish Council has a number of basic responsibilities which are to represent the whole electorate within the parish, deliver services to meet local needs and strive to improve the quality of life in the parish

It also has responsibility for the provision of litter bins, allotments, bus shelters, open spaces, footpaths, bridleways, and crime reduction measures and can also comment on planning applications

The Peasmarsh Parish Council works in partnership with Rother District Council and East Sussex County Council

The Council meets monthly at 19:30 on the first Tuesday of each month in the committee room at the Memorial Hall

The meetings are open to any member of the public who wishes to attend or raise matters of concern

The Annual Parish Assembly is normally held in May and provides an opportunity for all residents to raise matters of interest within the parish
